Custom Dimensions and Compartments

Specify the finished width, height and depth, together with the dimensions of the items the bag will hold. Explain whether your measurements refer to the outer bag or usable internal space.

• Main compartment: Opening size, depth and internal arrangement.
• Front pockets: Placement, dimensions and closure details.

• Branding: Custom woven tape or other suitable strap details.

Include whether the required circumference is measured with the bag body included. The sample allows you to assess fit, adjustment, buckle operation and stability.

Zippers, Hardware and Finishing

Specify zipper placement, opening direction, puller style and preferred hardware finish. These details are reviewed alongside the pocket layout, fabric and lining.

Branded pullers, attachment loops and other custom trims can be discussed subject to sourcing and production requirements. Provide component references where a particular appearance or function is important.

A water-resistant outer fabric does not automatically make the completed bag waterproof. Any required protection level must account for seams, openings and closures as part of the agreed specification.

Logo and Graphic Customisation

Add your logo, brand name, lettering or artwork using embroidery, patches, screen printing or suitable transfers. The method is selected according to the material, design, placement and order quantity.

Woven, embroidered or PVC patches can be discussed for suitable areas. Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester-based fabrics.

Send artwork files, dimensions, colour references and placement instructions. Branding near zippers, curved panels or seams requires an application review before approval.

Private Label Details and Packaging

Custom woven labels, care labels, side tags, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Label placement is reviewed alongside the lining, compartments and strap construction.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your design, reference images, material requirements, measurements and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for usable storage, pocket access, strap fit, buckle and zipper operation, stitching and branding placement.

Sampling time, sample charges and production lead time are confirmed according to the materials, construction, hardware and branding. Any adjustments are agreed before approving bulk production.
