These Terms & Conditions establish a clear framework for quotations, samples, orders and custom manufacturing services provided by Focus Sports.
Every project is manufactured according to customer requirements rather than supplied as standard ready-stock goods.
Specifications, quantities, pricing and timelines are defined according to each individual project.
Approved quotations, samples, artwork and written specifications may form part of the applicable order terms.
Custom manufacturing costs are calculated from the actual requirements of your product.
Sampling allows design, construction, materials and customization to be evaluated before bulk production.
Artwork, tech pack or product idea is reviewed.
Materials, patterns and customization are prepared.
The completed sample is evaluated and feedback provided.
Agreed revisions can be discussed before production.
Sample and final specifications are confirmed.
Materials and production requirements are prepared.
Cutting, customization and assembly move through production.
Completed goods proceed through applicable checks before dispatch.
Confirmed in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation.
Production may begin after the required advance payment or agreed payment condition has been satisfied.
Any remaining balance is handled according to the agreed terms before shipment where applicable.
Bank charges, processing fees or applicable taxes follow the terms stated on the quotation or invoice.
Minor commercially acceptable measurement variations may occur during textile production.
Small shade differences may occur between materials, samples and production batches.
Minor variation in print, embroidery or branding placement can occur during manufacturing.
Customers remain responsible for having the right to use logos, trademarks, artwork, designs and other materials supplied for production.
Customer-supplied materials are used as reasonably necessary to develop and manufacture the requested private-label products.
Review delivered goods promptly after receiving the order.
Provide the order reference, issue description and clear supporting photographs.
Our team reviews the reported issue and discusses an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Manufacturing, logistics or delivery may sometimes be affected by circumstances reasonably outside the control of Focus Sports.
These can include carrier disruption, customs delays, government restrictions, material shortages, natural events or other force-majeure circumstances.
