Fabric and Material Options

Compartments and Organisation

Zippers, Buckles and Hardware

Specify zipper types, opening directions, pullers, buckles and adjustment components. Hardware is reviewed for compatibility with the fabric, webbing and intended function.

Branded zipper pullers and custom trims can be discussed subject to sourcing and production requirements. Include component references when a particular appearance or supplier is required.

A water-resistant shell does not automatically make the backpack waterproof. Any required protection level must account for the fabric, seams, openings and closures.

Logo and Graphic Customisation

Add your logo, team crest, brand name or original artwork using embroidery, patches, screen printing or suitable transfers. The method is selected according to the fabric, placement and order quantity.

Woven, embroidered and PVC patches can be discussed for suitable panels. Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester-based designs.

Send artwork files, dimensions, colour references and placement instructions. Branding near seams, pockets or padded sections is assessed during development to establish the application sequence and finished appearance.

Private Label Details and Packaging

Custom woven labels, care labels, side tags, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Label placement is reviewed alongside the lining, compartments and carrying construction.

Share your packing format, size or colour identification and any instructions for preserving the bag’s shape during shipment. Matching branding can be reviewed across other bags or garments in your collection.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your tech pack, reference images, materials, dimensions and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for usable storage, pocket access, strap adjustment, carrying fit, padding, hardware operation and branding placement.

Sampling time, sample charges and production lead time are confirmed according to the materials, construction, components and branding. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving bulk production.
