Focus Sports is a custom clothing manufacturer registered in Italy, with manufacturing in Pakistan. We support OEM and ODM projects through design review, sample development and bulk production based on your approved specifications.
A bomber jacket typically features a waist-length body, front closure and fitted cuffs and hem. Ribbed collars, cuffs and waistbands are common details, while the silhouette and finishing can be adapted around your design.
Develop a lightweight layer, a lined seasonal jacket or a relaxed streetwear style. The shell fabric, lining, insulation and measurements are reviewed together to establish the finished garment.
Nylon, polyester, satin-style woven fabrics, cotton twill and suitable blends can be discussed according to your collection. Fabric composition, weight in GSM, texture and finish influence the jacket’s structure, drape and appearance.
Send your preferred material specification or a reference garment. If your design requires leather or synthetic leather panels, include the material details for sourcing and construction review.
Requirements such as water resistance, colourfastness, abrasion resistance or certified materials must be specified and confirmed for the selected fabric. Include any testing or documentation requirements in your development brief.
Develop men’s, women’s, unisex or youth bomber jackets using an approved size chart. Regular, relaxed, oversized or cropped proportions can be discussed according to your target customer.
The rib components are reviewed alongside the shell fabric to establish the intended shape and fit at the neckline, wrists and waist.
Unlined, lined and padded constructions can be discussed according to your intended use. Specify the lining material, preferred interior finish and any insulation requirements.
Quilted lining, padding distribution and stitch patterns can be reviewed where required. The completed garment’s weight and warmth depend on the selected materials and construction.
If you require a particular thermal-performance level, provide the specification and testing criteria before quotation. The approved sample establishes the agreed layers and finishing.
Include preferred hardware references or supplier requirements in your brief. Specific components and availability are confirmed during quotation and development.
Add your brand logo, club crest, lettering or artwork using embroidery, screen printing, suitable transfers or patches. The application method is reviewed according to the shell fabric, artwork and placement.
Woven, embroidered, chenille or PVC patches can be discussed for suitable designs. Large back graphics, sleeve details and chest logos are assessed alongside the lining and panel construction.
Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester-based materials. Send artwork dimensions, colour references and placement instructions so branding can be assessed on the sample.
Custom neck labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Branded zipper pullers and other custom trims can be discussed subject to their production requirements.
Share your label artwork and packing instructions. If the jackets belong to a coordinated clothing collection, include matching garment colours and branding references for review.
Send your tech pack, reference images, material requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for fit, layering space, sleeve movement, rib tension, lining, pocket access and closure operation.
Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.
The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the materials, construction and customisation requirements.
Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
Share your design or reference garment, preferred shell fabric composition and GSM, quantity, colours and size breakdown. Include lining, padding, rib, pocket, zipper and hardware requirements.
Add your logo files, labels, packaging requirements, delivery destination and any testing specifications. Your quotation reflects the agreed materials, construction, branding and order volume. Focus Sports manufactures custom bomber jackets to order for your clothing business.
