Fabric and Weight Options

Custom Fit and Construction

Develop men’s, women’s, unisex or youth sweatshirts using your approved size chart. Regular, relaxed, oversized, boxy or cropped proportions can be discussed according to your target customer.

The rib material and construction are reviewed alongside the main fabric so the neckline, cuffs and hem suit the approved garment.

Logo and Graphic Customisation

Add your logo, lettering or artwork using a method suited to the fabric and design. Screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers and patches can be discussed according to the artwork, placement and order quantity.

For designs requiring puff printing, raised embroidery or other dimensional effects, send clear references so we can review suitability and confirm the finish during sampling. Sublimation can be discussed for compatible polyester-based fabrics.

Include artwork dimensions and placement instructions for the chest, back, sleeves or hem. These details help establish the intended balance and appearance on the finished sweatshirt.

Colours, Washes and Finishing

Choose colours around your collection and provide physical references where accurate matching is important. Colour approval is based on the agreed material and sample rather than a screen image alone.

Sample Development and Approval

Share your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for fabric feel, fit, shoulder shape, sleeve length, rib finishing and branding placement.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
