Fabric and Weight Options

Fabric composition, weight in GSM and finishing influence the garment’s drape, structure, warmth and feel. Send your preferred specification or a reference garment so we can review suitable materials before quotation.

A brushed interior, loopback finish or particular surface texture can be discussed during development. Any requirements for shrinkage, colourfastness, stretch recovery or other tested properties should be included in your brief.

Custom Fit and Measurements

Develop men’s, women’s, unisex or youth joggers using an approved size chart. The waist, rise, seat, thigh, inseam and leg opening are reviewed together to establish the intended fit.

• Silhouette: Slim, tapered, regular, relaxed or oversized proportions.
• Length: Full-length or cropped designs based on your measurements.
• Waistband: Elastic width, waistband height and drawcord arrangement.

Drawcord colour, length, material and end finishing can be specified alongside the waistband. Trims, eyelets and zipper details are confirmed during development so they coordinate with the fabric and branding.

If your collection requires a garment wash or special finish, send references and explain the desired effect. Suitability, colour variation and any testing requirements are reviewed before approval.

Logo and Graphic Customisation

Add your brand logo, lettering or artwork in placements suited to the garment. Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers and patches can be discussed according to the material, design and order quantity.

Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester-based fabrics. Send artwork dimensions and placement instructions for the thigh, side panels, pockets or lower leg so the branding can be assessed on the sample.

Custom waistband labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Provide your artwork and packing instructions to develop a coordinated product for your brand.

If you need matching hoodies, sweatshirts or jackets, include their specifications and quantities in the enquiry. Each garment is quoted separately according to its construction, while fabric, colours and branding can be reviewed together.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, size chart and logo files before sampling. Review the sample for waistband fit, rise, movement, leg shape, pocket access, cuff finishing and branding placement.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
