Create custom oversized T-shirts with Focus Sports for your streetwear, casualwear or private label collection. Personalise the fabric, proportions, colours and branding to develop a relaxed silhouette that reflects your brand identity.
Focus Sports is a custom clothing manufacturer registered in Italy, with manufacturing in Pakistan. We support OEM and ODM projects through design review, sample development and bulk production based on your approved specifications.
An oversized T-shirt is developed with intentional room through the body, shoulders and sleeves. Its proportions are established through pattern development rather than simply increasing a regular T-shirt’s size.
Choose a wide, boxy silhouette, a longer relaxed shape or a cropped oversized design. Chest width, shoulder drop, sleeve volume and body length are reviewed together to achieve your intended appearance.
Cotton, cotton blends and other suitable knitted fabrics can be discussed according to your collection. Composition, weight in GSM, knit structure and finishing influence the T-shirt’s feel, drape and shape.
A heavier fabric can be reviewed for a more structured appearance, while lighter materials offer a different drape. Send your preferred composition and GSM, or provide a reference garment so we can assess suitable options before quotation.
Include any requirements for shrinkage, colourfastness, pilling resistance or certified materials. The selected fabric, finishing and supporting documentation are confirmed during development.
Develop men’s, women’s, unisex or youth oversized tees using an approved size chart. Each measurement contributes to the silhouette and should be reviewed alongside the selected fabric.
Provide garment measurements and explain how they should be taken. A reference sample can help communicate the balance between body width, length and sleeve proportions.
Add your logo, lettering or original artwork using a method suited to the material and desired finish. Screen printing, DTF transfers, embroidery and patches can be discussed according to your design and order quantity.
Puff printing, raised embroidery and other dimensional effects can be reviewed for suitable artwork. Send references showing the appearance and texture you want so the application can be assessed during sampling.
Large front and back prints can be developed alongside smaller chest, sleeve or hem details. Artwork dimensions and placement are confirmed on the approved garment.
Send vector files or high-resolution images at the intended print dimensions. Include colour references and placement measurements from clear garment reference points.
Specify whether the graphics should stay the same size across the order or scale with garment sizes. This is particularly useful for oversized tees, where a wider body can change the visual balance of a print.
Fine lettering, gradients and artwork near seams require a review of the selected application method. The sample establishes the final graphic layout, colours and finish.
Choose garment colours around your collection and artwork. Physical references help communicate colour requirements, since screen displays may differ from finished fabric and print.
Washed, faded or vintage-inspired effects can be discussed using reference images or garments. The fabric, neck rib and branding method are reviewed together before confirming the finishing process.
For washed designs, the intended appearance, finished measurements and acceptable variation in shade or texture are agreed during sample development.
Custom neck labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Printed neck branding can also be reviewed for suitable materials and designs.
Share your branding files, folding instructions, size-identification requirements and packing format. If the tees belong to a wider collection, include matching garment references so colours and branding can be coordinated.
Send your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for fabric feel, shoulder drop, chest width, body length, sleeve shape, neckline and graphic placement.
Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.
The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.
Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
