Create custom tennis uniforms with Focus Sports for your sportswear brand, club, academy or team. Develop coordinated garments with your preferred fabrics, fit, colours and branding, from tennis shirts and shorts to skirts, skorts and dresses.
Focus Sports is a custom clothing manufacturer registered in Italy, with manufacturing in Pakistan. We support OEM and ODM projects through design review, sample development and bulk production based on your approved specifications.
Select the garments required for your collection or team programme. Each item is developed around its intended use, with colours and branding reviewed together for a coordinated appearance.
Specify whether you need individual garments or complete outfits. Your quotation identifies the included pieces, materials and customisation for each item.
Polyester-based sportswear fabrics, suitable stretch blends and other materials can be discussed according to the garment and intended use. Fabric composition, weight in GSM, texture and stretch influence the fit, feel and coverage.
Send your preferred specifications or reference garments. Tops, outer shorts and inner layers may require different fabrics, which are reviewed individually during development.
Requirements such as moisture management, drying time, UV protection, colourfastness or pilling resistance must be specified and confirmed for the selected materials. Include any testing requirements in your project brief.
Develop men’s, women’s, unisex or youth garments using approved size charts. Measurements are reviewed around the movement required for serving, reaching and changing direction, together with your preferred silhouette.
For tops, include chest width, body length, shoulder construction and sleeve or armhole measurements. For bottoms, specify waist, hip, rise, inseam or skirt length and leg-opening dimensions.
The sample stage allows you to assess movement, coverage and the fit of each garment before approving production.
For dresses and skorts, confirm whether inner shorts are integrated, supplied separately or excluded. These details are included in the agreed specification and quotation.
Add your brand logo, club crest, sponsor graphics or custom patterns. Screen printing, heat transfers, embroidery and patches can be reviewed according to the fabric, artwork and placement.
Sublimation can be discussed for compatible polyester-based designs. Branding on stretch panels must suit the material’s movement and be assessed on the completed sample.
Send artwork dimensions, colour references and placement instructions. For competition uniforms, provide the applicable event requirements for colours, logos and garment design before artwork approval.
Custom garment labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Label type and placement are reviewed according to each garment’s construction.
Specify whether the items should be packed individually or as outfits. Include separate size breakdowns and any pairing instructions when tops and bottoms require different sizes.
Share your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, size charts and artwork before sampling. Review the garments for fit, coverage, movement, pocket access, seam finishing and branding placement.
Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving bulk production.
The standard clothing minimum is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to project requirements. For multi-piece tennis uniforms, we confirm how the minimum applies to each garment and the total number of outfits during quotation.
Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
