Stretch Fabric and Weight Options

Polyester-elastane and polyamide-elastane blends can be discussed according to your design. Composition, weight in GSM, stretch direction and recovery influence the leggings’ feel, fit and coverage.

Fit and Coverage

Develop women’s, men’s or unisex sports leggings using an approved size chart. Waist, hip, rise, thigh, inseam and leg-opening measurements are reviewed together with the fabric’s stretch characteristics.

Coverage should be assessed on the sample during movement and under appropriate lighting. If you require a squat-proof specification, define the expected assessment and approval criteria so fabric, colour and fit can be reviewed together.

The intended compression feel is also agreed through material selection and fit testing. Sports leggings are developed as apparel, without assuming medical compression properties or performance benefits.

Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester-based designs. Graphics are assessed in both the relaxed and stretched garment to check placement, readability and appearance.

Send artwork dimensions, colour references and placement instructions for the waistband, hip, thigh or lower leg. Any reflective graphics or special finishes should be included for review.

Private Label and Matching Sets

Custom branding labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Label type and placement are reviewed for garments worn close to the skin.

If you need matching sports bras, tank tops, compression shirts or jackets, include their designs and quantities in the enquiry. Each garment is quoted according to its own specifications, while colours and branding can be coordinated across the collection.

Sample Development and Approval

Share your tech pack, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for waistband stability, coverage, stretch, seam placement, pocket access and fit during the intended activity.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
