Fabric and Cycling Pad Selection

Suitable polyester-based jersey fabrics and stretch blends for bib shorts can be discussed during development. The final materials depend on the fit, printing method, coverage and performance requirements of your kit.

Specify any requirements for moisture management, ventilation, compression, UV protection or tested fabric performance. These features must be confirmed for the chosen materials rather than assumed from the product type.

For the cycling pad, include your preferred reference, riding duration and any construction requirements. Pad suitability and comfort should be assessed through sample testing. A specific pad brand or certification is included only when confirmed in the quotation.

Team Branding and Private Label Options

Customise the set with your club name, brand logo, sponsor artwork and coordinated colours. Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester panels. Branding on other fabrics is selected according to material suitability, stretch and placement.

Custom labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging can be included in your project. Label placement and finishing are reviewed with the garment construction to suit its intended use.

Fit, Sizing and Sample Approval

Send separate measurements for the jersey and bib shorts, or provide reference garments for review. Include your required size range and indicate whether riders need different jersey and bib short sizes within each set.

The sample stage allows you to check both garments, including fit in a riding position, strap placement, pad position, pocket access and leg finishing. Colours and logo placement should also be approved before bulk production.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately.

Minimum Order and Production Time

Our standard clothing minimum is 50 pieces per design. For a two-piece cycling set, we confirm how this minimum applies to each garment and the total number of sets during quotation. Startup quantities can be discussed according to the fabric and construction requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval, subject to the agreed order specifications. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
