If your order includes individual player details, provide a clear list connecting each name and number to the required garment size. Personalisation requirements are confirmed in the quotation.

Private Label and Matching Teamwear

Custom neck labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your project. Provide the artwork and packing instructions needed for your team or brand.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, measurements and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for layering space, hood fit, sleeve movement, pocket access, closure operation and branding placement.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
