• Puff printing: Raised effects for suitable artwork, confirmed through sampling.

Print texture, coverage and appearance vary by technique. If you need a soft print feel, distressed effect or particular wash durability, include references and assessment requirements in your brief.

Artwork and Placement

Send vector files or high-resolution images at the intended print dimensions. Include fonts converted to outlines where possible, along with colour references and placement measurements.

Front, back, sleeve and smaller chest graphics can be discussed. Large prints, artwork near seams and designs wrapping around the garment require a construction and application review.

Fine text, photographic detail and colour gradients are assessed for the selected method. The approved artwork and sample establish the final layout before production.

Colours, Washes and Finishing

Choose garment colours that complement your graphics. Provide physical colour references where accurate matching is important, as screen colours may differ from the finished fabric and print.

Washed, faded or vintage-inspired finishes can be discussed using references. The fabric, print technique and finishing sequence are reviewed together to achieve the approved appearance.

For washed designs, acceptable variation in shade, texture and graphic effect is agreed during sample development.

Private Label Details and Packaging

Custom neck labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Printed neck branding can also be reviewed for suitable fabrics and designs.

Share your branding files, folding instructions, size-identification requirements and packing format. If the tees belong to a wider collection, include matching garment references so colours and branding can be coordinated.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for fit, fabric feel, neckline construction, graphic placement, print finish and colours.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, artwork and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
