Fabric and Weather-Performance Options

Suitable woven or knitted fabrics, including polyester-based materials and stretch blends, can be discussed according to your design. Fabric weight, surface finish and construction influence the jacket’s feel, coverage and freedom of movement.

Share your preferred composition and GSM, or send a reference garment. If low garment weight or compact packing is important, include your target requirements so these can be reviewed during development.

Wind resistance, water resistance, waterproofing and breathability are separate specifications. Any required performance level, coating, membrane or test standard must be agreed for the selected materials and completed garment. Waterproof requirements also need appropriate seam and closure construction.

Custom Fit and Functional Details

Develop men’s, women’s or unisex running jackets using your approved measurements and size grading. The fit can account for the layers worn underneath and the movement needed during running.

Sample Development and Approval

Any agreed performance testing should form part of the approval plan. Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the materials, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
