Custom Fit and Construction

Create your preferred silhouette using an approved size chart. Men’s, women’s and unisex designs can be discussed, with fitted, regular or relaxed proportions developed around your measurements.

• Sleeves: Sleeve shape, panel construction and length.

Add your brand logo, team name or sponsor graphics in placements that suit the jacket. Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers and patches can be reviewed according to the fabric, artwork and order quantity.

Sublimation can be discussed for compatible polyester-based designs. The selected branding method must suit the garment’s stretch, surface and any special finish. Send artwork dimensions and placement instructions for accurate development.

Private Label and Coordinated Collections

Custom neck labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Share the artwork and packing instructions required for your brand.

If you need matching joggers, shorts or training tops, include their designs and quantities in the enquiry. Each garment is quoted according to its own specifications, while colours and branding can be reviewed together for a coordinated collection.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements and measurements before sample development. Review the sample for fit, sleeve movement, closure operation, pocket access, seam finishing and logo placement.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the materials, customisation and project requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
