Fabric and Weather-Protection Requirements

Suitable polyester or nylon fabrics can be discussed according to your preferred weight, texture and finish. Send your fabric composition and GSM requirements, or provide a reference garment for review.

Wind resistance, water resistance and waterproofing are separate specifications. If your collection requires a particular level of protection, include the performance requirements and any testing standards in your brief. We confirm the materials and construction before quotation and sampling.

A water-resistant finish does not automatically make a completed jacket waterproof. Waterproof projects require a review of the fabric, seams, closures and testing requirements.

Custom Fit and Jacket Styles

Develop men’s, women’s or unisex windbreakers using your approved size chart. Regular, relaxed, oversized or cropped proportions can be discussed to suit your target customer.

• Front opening: Full-zip jackets or pullover styles with a partial closure.
• Hood and collar: Hooded or stand-collar designs with specified finishing.

Ventilation openings, mesh panels, zipper guards and reflective details can also be discussed. The final combination is confirmed during development to suit your intended use and approved design.

Logo and Graphic Customisation

Add your logo, brand name, team identity or custom artwork in suitable placements. Screen printing, heat transfers, embroidery and patches can be reviewed according to the selected fabric, surface finish and order quantity.

Sublimation can be discussed for compatible polyester-based designs. Branding on coated materials requires particular attention to application compatibility. Embroidery and other stitched details must also be reviewed where weather protection is part of the specification.

Private Label Finishing

Custom neck labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Share your label artwork and packing instructions to develop a coordinated product for your brand.

For a matching collection, include any trouser, shorts or top designs in the enquiry. Each garment is quoted according to its own specifications, while colours and branding can be reviewed together.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, measurements and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for fit, layering space, hood or collar shape, pocket access, closures and branding placement.

Any agreed performance testing should be included in the approval plan. Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately, and adjustments are agreed before bulk production.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the materials, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
