Waistband, Pockets and Lining

Choose functional details around the intended activity and your collection requirements. The final construction is reviewed alongside the fabric and fit.

• Waistband: Elastic width, waistband height and finishing.
• Drawcord: Internal or external placement, material and trim details.
• Pockets: Side, rear or secure zipper pockets according to your design.
• Storage: Phone or small-item pocket dimensions and placement.
• Lining: Unlined construction, brief lining or inner shorts where suitable.
• Two-in-one design: An outer short with a fitted inner layer, subject to development review.
• Seams: Construction selected for the materials and expected movement.

For lined or two-in-one shorts, include separate requirements for the outer garment and inner layer. Fit, coverage and pocket access should be assessed on the completed sample.

Logo and Graphic Customisation

Add your brand logo, team crest, sponsor graphics or custom patterns. Screen printing, heat transfers, embroidery and patches can be reviewed according to the fabric, artwork and placement.

Sublimation can be discussed for compatible polyester-based designs. Branding methods must suit any stretch in the garment and the expected movement during use.

Send artwork dimensions, colour references and placement instructions for the thigh, side panels, waistband or other specified areas.

Private Label and Matching Collections

Custom waistband labels, care labels, woven branding, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Provide your branding files and packing instructions to develop a consistent product for your business.

If you need matching tank tops, T-shirts, sports bras or jackets, include their designs and quantities in the enquiry. Each garment is quoted according to its own specifications, while colours and branding can be coordinated across the collection.

Sample Development and Approval

Share your tech pack, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for waistband fit, stride movement, coverage, pocket stability, lining and branding placement.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
