Patch Materials and Attachment

Choose patch details that complement the denim and your artwork. Available combinations are reviewed for construction suitability and compatibility with the agreed finishing process.

Patch attachment should be assessed alongside pocket access and movement. Areas requiring additional reinforcement are agreed during construction review.

Washes, Distressing and Colour Coordination

Develop the denim wash using reference images or physical samples. Faded areas, distressing and other surface effects are reviewed alongside the base fabric and patch materials.

Specify whether the patches should be applied before or after washing. The appropriate sequence depends on the intended appearance, material behaviour and branding method, and is confirmed during development.

Different fabrics can shrink or react to finishing differently. The completed sample is reviewed for patch distortion, colour transfer, seam appearance and final measurements. Acceptable variation in shade and texture is agreed before production.

Private Label Branding and Packaging

Add custom waistband labels, care labels, woven tags, hang tags and packaging to complete your collection. Additional embroidery or printing can be discussed where suitable for the denim and wash process.

Sample Development and Approval

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications, material availability and finishing requirements. Sample charges are quoted separately. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving bulk production.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the denim, patch materials, wash and customisation requirements.
