Stretch Fabric and Weight Options

Polyester-elastane and polyamide-elastane blends can be discussed according to your intended use. Fabric composition, GSM, stretch direction and recovery influence the fit, coverage and feel of the finished shirt.

Send your preferred material specification or a reference garment. We review suitable options before confirming the quotation, including how the fabric behaves when stretched at the chest, shoulders and sleeves.

Requirements such as moisture management, drying time, UV protection or abrasion resistance must be specified and confirmed for the selected material. Any required testing should be included in the development brief.

Custom Fit and Construction

Develop men’s, women’s or unisex compression shirts using an approved size chart. Because these garments fit closely, body measurements, garment measurements and intended stretch must be reviewed together.

Graphics must be assessed in both the relaxed and stretched garment. Send artwork dimensions and placement instructions so we can review distortion, readability and application during sampling.

Private Label Finishing

Custom branding labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging can be included in your project quotation. Label type and placement are reviewed for a garment worn close to the skin.

Sample Development and Fit Approval

Share your tech pack, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for overall pressure, range of movement, coverage, seam placement and fit at the neckline, armholes and hem.

Fit testing should reflect the intended activity and target wearer. We agree any required adjustments before bulk production. Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.

This product is for custom sports apparel. A medically rated garment requires a separate specification, testing and compliance review before any commitment can be made.
