Fabric and Lining Options

Polyester-elastane and polyamide-elastane blends can be discussed according to your design. Fabric composition, weight in GSM, stretch and recovery influence the garment’s feel, coverage and fit.

The outer fabric, lining and underband materials are reviewed together. Send your preferred specifications or a reference garment so we can assess suitable options before confirming the quotation.

Requirements such as moisture management, colourfastness, pilling resistance or particular coverage levels must be specified and confirmed for the selected materials. Include any testing requirements in your development brief.

Support and Fit Development

Sports bra support depends on the complete garment, including the pattern, fabric, straps, cups, underband and correct sizing. Tell us your intended activity and support target so these details can guide development.

Low-, medium- or high-support requirements can be discussed, but the finished design must be assessed through an agreed fit and wear-testing process before a support claim is approved.

Provide your size chart and explain whether your collection uses letter sizes, band-and-cup sizes or another sizing system. Bust and underbust measurements are reviewed alongside coverage and stretch requirements.

Custom Design and Construction

• Straps: Width, placement and adjustable details where suitable.

• Panels and seams: Shaping, lining and stretch-compatible construction.

The final combination is confirmed according to material availability and construction suitability. The sample establishes the approved fit and finishing before production.

Logo and Graphic Customisation

Add your brand logo, lettering or patterns in suitable placements. Stretch-compatible transfers and other appropriate printing methods can be discussed according to the fabric and artwork.

Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester-based designs. Graphics are assessed on the completed garment to check their appearance, placement and behaviour when the fabric stretches.

Send artwork dimensions, colour references and placement instructions for the front, back or underband. Any special trims or branded elastic requirements should be included in your enquiry.

Private Label and Matching Sets

Custom branding labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Label type and placement are reviewed for a garment worn close to the skin.

Sample Development and Approval

Share your tech pack, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for bust coverage, underband fit, strap placement, lining, pad position and movement during the intended activity.

Fit and wear testing should reflect your target customers and required size range. Any agreed adjustments are completed before approving bulk production.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the materials, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
