Create custom compression bottoms with Focus Sports for your fitness, teamwear or private label activewear collection. Develop close-fitting shorts, three-quarter tights or full-length bottoms with your preferred stretch fabric, measurements, colours and branding.
Focus Sports is a custom clothing manufacturer registered in Italy, with manufacturing in Pakistan. We support OEM and ODM projects through design review, sample development and bulk production based on your approved specifications.
Compression bottoms use stretch materials and close-fitting patterns to sit against the body. The wearing pressure, coverage and movement depend on the complete garment, including fabric recovery, sizing, waistband and panel construction.
Specify whether your design will be worn as a standalone training garment or underneath shorts and uniforms. This helps guide the coverage, seam placement, length and finishing.
Polyester-elastane and polyamide-elastane blends can be discussed according to your design. Composition, fabric weight in GSM, stretch direction and recovery influence the fit, feel and coverage of the finished garment.
Send your preferred material specification or a reference sample. We review the fabric alongside the pattern and intended wearing pressure before confirming the quotation.
Requirements such as moisture management, abrasion resistance, colourfastness or drying time must be specified and confirmed for the selected material. Any required testing should be included in your development brief.
Develop men’s, women’s or unisex compression bottoms using your approved size chart. Waist, hip, rise, thigh, inseam and leg-opening measurements are reviewed together with the fabric’s stretch characteristics.
Sports compression apparel does not automatically provide a measured compression level. If your project requires a defined pressure range or particular performance claim, include the specification and testing requirements for review.
Choose construction details around how the garment will be worn. The waistband should coordinate with the fabric stretch and approved measurements, while seams and panels should be assessed during movement.
For garments worn beneath team shorts, consider how pockets, seams and waistbands interact with the outer layer. These details can be reviewed on the completed sample.
Add your brand logo, team identity, lettering or patterns in suitable placements. Stretch-compatible transfers and other appropriate printing methods can be discussed according to the material and artwork.
Sublimation can be reviewed for compatible polyester-based fabrics. Graphics are assessed on the relaxed and stretched garment to check their appearance, readability and placement.
Send artwork dimensions and placement instructions for the waistband, thigh, side panels or lower leg. Branded elastic and other custom trims should be included in your enquiry.
Custom garment labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging can be included in your quotation. Label type and placement are reviewed for clothing worn close to the skin.
If you need matching compression shirts or other training garments, include their designs and quantities in the project brief. Each item is quoted according to its own specifications, while colours and branding can be coordinated across the collection.
Share your tech pack, material requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for waistband stability, wearing pressure, coverage, range of movement, seam placement and branding.
Fit testing should reflect the target wearer and intended activity. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving bulk production.
Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production.
The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.
Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
