Custom Fit and Sleeve Construction

Develop men’s, women’s, unisex or youth long sleeve tees using an approved size chart. Regular, fitted, relaxed, oversized, boxy or cropped proportions can be discussed according to your target customer.

Long sleeves provide additional space for branding. Send artwork dimensions and positioning instructions for the chest, back, upper sleeve or forearm so each application can be assessed during development.

Artwork Size and Placement

Provide vector files or high-resolution images at the intended print dimensions. Include colour references and placement measurements, along with instructions for the left and right sleeves where the designs differ.

Sample Development and Approval

Send your tech pack, reference images, fabric requirements, size chart and artwork before sampling. Review the sample for fabric feel, body fit, sleeve length, cuffs, neckline construction and graphic placement.

Our standard sample development time is 10–14 days, subject to confirmed specifications and material availability. Sample charges are quoted separately because development and setup differ from bulk production. Any required adjustments are agreed before approving the order.

Minimum Order and Production Time

The standard minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Startup orders of 30 pieces per design can be discussed when needed, subject to the fabric, construction and customisation requirements.

Standard production time is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Express shipping typically takes 4–7 days, depending on the destination and carrier. Your confirmed schedule is provided with the order details.
